The prices are alright, I guess!! Not terrible by any means, but I wouldn’t say it’s some amazing deal either... Decent value overall, could definitely be better!!!

I had a really good feeling about Phox Online early on, mainly because they didn’t leave me wondering what was going on. The updates came through without me needing to keep chasing, which made the whole thing feel a lot more relaxed.

I got Phox a few months ago mostly just to see if I’d actually use it, because I’m bad for buying things and then forgetting about them. The water tastes good, delivery was straightforward, and the refill packs are easy enough to deal with. After a while I realised I’ve basically stopped buying plastic water bottles, which is probably the best part. It’s also nice not throwing away a whole cartridge each time, just using the refills instead.

Overall, I’m really happy with Phox. We’ve been using it for a couple of months now, and the biggest difference is how many fewer plastic bottles we’re throwing into the recycling. The filters are straightforward to change, which is a plus. One delivery did take a bit longer than expected, but aside from that, it’s been a good experience.

So... the water tastes fine overall, but I wouldn’t say it’s great. The filter also took a little while before I noticed any difference.
